Prague

Hotel Paris was a lovely place - well worth a visit. Their website is great. Hotel Paris was built by the renowned architect J. Vejrych in 1904, the hotel interior was designed by A. Pfeifer, and the ceramic mosaics used mainly to decorate the hotel restaurant’s interior are by J. Köhler. The Sarah Bernhart restaurant can be found on the ground floor.

The Municipal Building is magnificent. It was built according to the plans of architects Antonín Balšánek and Osvald Polívka on the place of the former residence of Czech kings, the King’s Court, between 1905 and 1912. The restaurant is just gorgeous.

We visited the Restaurace u stare synagogy. However it is now Cantinetta Fiorentina

One of the places in the municipal building
to visit is the Americky Bar in the basement.
